I highly recommend Waadt Appliance. We needed a new refrigerator. They had exactly the model we wanted in stock. The general manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also had a good experience with the two gentleman that delivered and installed our new refrigerator. They took away our old one, made sure our new one was working correctly and showed us how to use it and change the water and air filter. When I need a new appliance I will go to Waadt.

Waadt offered same price as big box retailers but went above and beyond on service with product knowledge. Cesar was our sales person and had vast experience in appliances. Gave great advice. Their delivery crew was just as good. Very professional, Made sure we were satisfied with the installation of washer & dryer. Highly recommend this store.

Bill and his installer Larry just saved us over $1100.00 from where we were this morning. Today is June 2, 2022. No joke. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable about all of their appliances. My purchase was straight forward, no “sales-y” pitches, and the price was the best in town. Also, the install guys were the best I’ve ever had deliver and set-up anything in my home!!
I wanted to add that we had an issue with our new dryer and Bill took complete care of our problem without a bit of hesitation. This is why I will do ALL my appliance purchasing at WAADT!! This is simply the best experience I’ve ever had buying appliances.

Waadt is a rare, family owned business that has been here as long as I can remember and recently had an EXCELLENT, first time time experience. Their customer service is unmatched. NEVER again will I go to the big box stores to save a few bucks. Shop here folks, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic old-school customer service. Have had a couple of dealings with David who has been fantastic. The installers that came to put in my washer not only cleaned up the gunk behind but they were pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this company! My best friend recently purchased a washer from them as well and did everything over the phone and online ...she did not have to actually go to the store which was great for her because she lives on the opposite side of town. In the world of Best Buys, etc. this place stands out as a gem! I will never buy my appliances any other place.

Outstanding service all around at this store. They have a good selection of appliances including high end appliances. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the products on the floor and ensured we picked a product that would fit in our kitchen. Installation and set up service was top notch. Very professional and friendly. They even provided an overview of how to use our new appliance! I will definitely go back to Waadt for future appliance purchases.

Bought a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Waadt. Very smooth transaction, Bill beat other store prices and he is always easy to deal with. He even told me about a better deal that was coming in two weeks but I decided to buy now. The installation with Larry was a pleasure and believe me when I say, a homeowner should not try to tackle the job of installing a dishwasher themselves. It took three men who did a great job and with a smile. Well worth it. Always a pleasure buying my appliances at Waadt. They also have scratch & dents for reduced prices in the back.

This is a wonderful company. Ceasar came to my parents house to measure their kitchen to make sure that the appliance they wanted would fit in the space. When it didn’t they helped them to make another choice that was similar to what they had originally wanted. There was no extra charge. When they went to remove their old dishwasher, they found out that their was a broken pipe. They had the part in the truck. They cleaned up the leak, fixed the plumbing and installed the new dishwasher. It is working great and my parents are thrilled!!! Great service and very sweet and helpful employees.

Bill got me better prices than Best Buy on a better model range. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He also set up delivery, installation and haul away for a reasonable price. Can’t beat it.

Sales staff great and service installation man was excellent and thorough on each item. Was a long way away but worth the drive had everything we needed....Prices were very competitive also..

Sales person was very helpful. Even pointing out some models cheaper online at other stores. That is service! He took his time in answering questions about the appliances we were interested in. I would do my homework on line first, then see them in person for questions. They are knowledgeable about what they sell, not like at a big box stores.
