I have used my LG Laundry center 3 times now. Our clothing is very lightly soiled so I can wash at the 15-minute level. It uses 2 thirds less detergent. Les than half the water of my top load. The highest spin cycle is 1300 rpm. I dont have to use that one. The dryer does a wonderful job too. I used to use 15 kw of power with my old dryer. This also has been cut in half. Truley is energy efficient.

I purchased this for a small laundry area from LG. The electrical cord is only about 4 ft so I did need to purchase another cord as my outlet is closer to the floor. This is deeper than I was planning on but it looks so great the fact that it takes up more space is not a problem. There is an odor inside the drums but it went away after a few loads and I didnt notice anything on the clothes. Huge capacity I havent washed bedding yet but it looks like a comforter should fit easily. Spin cycle gets the clothes so dry I didnt think the first load actually was washed. Noise level is what I would expect. The musical tone when the load is done is pleasant compared to a buzzer. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

This an absolute gem. The stacked one unit for the dryer and washer is compact to save space yet very efficient and powerful. The unit is so compact can fit in any condominiums tight spaces. I honestly thought I had a defective unit. LG came to look at it because the person I called at LG said it was. But then the repair man who changed out the panel for with a new one just in case said that the dryer cycles are pre-set and cannot be changed. So weird because I have another LG dryer that I can change the temperature on. Even the washer on the unit allows me to change the water temperature. The normal cycle is set at High heat. I never dry my clothes with high heat to avoid shrinking. So I am left with the delicate cycle that is pre-set to low but it never gets my clothes completely dry. Other than that its the perfect unit just a MAJOR flaw in my opinion.

Ive had this set for a couple months now. When it was delivered the delivery men couldnt install it to my water heater because of a liability on their end which is understandable but I felt they could have been kinder in their demeanor. They came in with a no attitude instead of a okay lets figure this out and what can we offer like the pipe parts etc. to at least help with the process of setting it up on my end. I am finding that I need to run the machine a little bit longer than Im used to to really get my clothes clean. Im not sure if this is due to it being attached to a water heater though. I like the overall look of the machines theyre stable and do clean well. I love how advanced weve gotten with washing machines and it does help that the settings from the washer are transferred to the dryer. I want to read the manual to see if there are any settings I am missing out on hopefully it has a timed wash/dry that would be helpful. I didnt see it on the screen.

I bought the Washtower to replace my 10 year old LG front load stackable washer and dryer which I had pretty good luck with. I really like that these are one solid unit less rocking around they are a good family size and are quiet. I cant seem to connect to the wireless feature but I dont really need that so I am ok with that. I am confused why the default cycle on the dryer - the cycle that is supposed to be more energy efficient - doesnt actually have my clothes dry when the cycle is over. I need to run another 10 minutes in order to get them dry if I forget to override the default cycle. Otherwise I am pleased with this purchase and hope I will get a good long life out of it

I purchased this unit right before Black Friday in November and the Dryer wont fully dry and has been giving me error codes since. I have tried having the seller Lowes come back out an electrician HVAC clean out the vents in my house online troubleshooting and an LG rep and still doesnt work. Now I also notice that water pools in the washer after washing and I have to run the spin cycle several times because the clothes stay wet.

Straight out of the gate its a user friendly set up. Sleek profile with a minimalist feel. The wash cycles are pretty long compared to our previous equipment. A quick wash setting would be an improvement and a better damp/dry sensor for the dryer. All in all we recommend the washer/dryer tower.

If it were only easier to understand what this machine can do I would give it a 5 star. I love this tower washer and dryer. I like that fact that I can download cycles that are not available on the machine to select. However if I were a bit older and had limited technology know-how this equipment would be very hard to use and would be spending way too much electricity and over-washing my laundry too long of a cycle as I could not pick something shorter from the control panel on the washer. However since I understand technology and the LG app on my phone is easy to navigate I would recommend this to anyone that is not a technophobe. Cant really value rate it as I am still trying to understand all its potential.

The change from side my side older machines is a big adjustment. The old dryer had a door that would fold down allowing clothes to rest there as you gathered them from the dryer. With these machines you have to be careful that things do not fall on the floor. Other than that adjustment they work very well take up much less space. I really like to operational pieces in the middle instead of at the top of the machines like other stackables. This single unit is the best way to do.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet this wash tower is. The controls are easy to use and offer a wide variety of options for cleaning various fabrics. We are hoping this unit lasts at least half as long as the old Kenmores.

I bought this wash tower in September I am in love It fits my space its so quiet its in closet in bath attached to our bedroom. I can start a load and go to bed Does a fantastic job and drys things quickly.
