When we bought our new RV this was in there. Only used a couple times for baking. Pizza takes much longer to get crust crispy enough. Havent used air fryer feature yet. Will add more review as I experiment more. Thanks. Wish the front panel would light up the different features because they are hard to see to which one to push.

Bought March 23 broke March 27th. Warranty work STILL NOT completed Customer service no longer contacts with updates. Repair tracking number suddenly says no status for that repair number. Had to buy a counter top microwave NOT LG just to be able to heat our left overs. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED First LG product that I have had issues with. In this case customer service has been a dis-service.

Very little for instructions. Put 2 servings of frozen frys and 20 minutes were still uncooked and not browned or crispy. Put in for another 10 minutes and not done. Looking for a video online for this product and I found how to melt butter. Thats all. Called customer support and transferred to nowhere. Disappointed should have just got the microwave.

This unit cooks beautifully and very quickly. The touch controls are not easy to read if there is not bright lighting in the room. The three-button groups for the Lighting and Exhaust Fan could have been arranged far better. The Lighting OFF button is on the right side BUT the Fan OFF button is on the left side. That seems bizarre and poorly planned as those two function rows are placed immediately next to each other.

Purchased the MHEC1737 in January. Since day one the convection options and airfry simply do not heat up to the desired temp. The microwave portion works perfect. Lg indicated to put a temp sensor that you can use in the oven inside the microwave to see what temp the convection reaches. Regardless the temp convection is set to it wont go above the temp of 200 and this is after 1hr. I purchased this in the states and took it with me to canada and now unfortunately LG will not help with the service as I need to be in the USA.

A Beautiful Disaster

I purchased this microwave for its sleek design lower wall depth profile and for its Air Fry + Microwave features. I did an online order from Home Depot and had it delivered to my house after a complete kitchen renovation. First off the microwave was damaged the metal body where the door closes against was bent out so it forced the door outwards and wouldnt catch completely therefore the interior light would stay on the microwave would register as door open so the microwave couldnt operate. When I called Home Depot about it they stated I was outside of the 48hr return window. As if anyone can legitimately assess a home appliance in 48hrs so they gave me the LG customer service phone number. LG sent out a technician who stated that he sees this all the time that the microwave was unrepairable that the defect/deficiency was not covered by warranty and that I would have to return the kitchen appliance/microwave to Home Depot. The technician emailed me his broken English poorly written notes which stated self install is physically damages causing Cx to push door in at times to operate. I can assure you I was not the cause of any damage. Additionally the menu panel underneath the right side of the door was pulled away from the main body creating a space which pushes back against the microwave door causing more resistance to the door shutting completely. After further inspection the menu panel is held to the microwave body by extremely flimsy non sturdy plastic clips which look to have no long lasting properties. Oh and one last thing the buttons are not all that responsive to touch. I constantly have to press the numbers/ buttons 2-3 times to get them to register my input. Needless to say I am returning this item to Home Depot this weekend. I have purchased many LG Items Washer/Dryer 2 Refrigerators Microwave OLED 4K TV vacuum but this one by far has not met any of my expectations.

I bought this from Best Buy and had it installed a few weeks ago. It seems to work ok but finding time to read everything is a bit of a challenge. It might be a great idea for someone to do a cooking show doing different recipes using different aspects of the unit to show of how to better utilize the device. The sales pitch was great now to find a forum or YouTube channel how to use it.

Im giving it a four because the air fryer doesnt work all that great. But other than that its works pretty good. Still learning everything on it. The scan of packages of food to scan and cook havent been able to get it to work. I do like the fact that when its done cooking it sends a message to my phone to let me know.

I have this microwave for a little over 3 weeks as part f the LG suite and love the sleek design. Also the interior all clad in stainless steel seem very easy to maintain. The 5-speed fan and led lights works great. It does integrate with LG app but not with Alexa.

I got my new LG Over the stove Microwave with Convection oven and air fryer. Easy install nice controls had a very difficult time getting the LG Thin Q working but finally got that up. Im not impressed with the Air Fryer part Ive had Air Fryers and this one is not even close its just another oven as far as Im concerned.I used the Convection Oven once and its OK.

Microwave cooks great OTR exhaust works POORLY

I bought this microwave a month ago. My old microwave weighed about 50 pounds this one weighs almost 75 pounds. The very large door creates additional downforce when open. Together these design issues caused my kitchen cabinets to begin to sag. I was able to have the cabinets reinforced rectifying the sag so this isnt a continuing problem but it did cost me extra. The microwave oven works like a charm. It looks great and cooks great with lots of features. For example just touch a single key for the # of minutes and it assumes the seconds are zero and immediately begins. Nice in so many ways. An over-the-range OTR microwave oven performs two functions. One is cooking. As I stated its great at that. The other is exhausting fumes smoke or condensation from boiling water. This microwave is HORRIBLE at performing this second function. I left the filters off temporarily to check the airflow and you can barely feel even the slightest movement of air even when the blower is at its highest #5. The design of the exhaust seems to try to carry air through a little slot on each side then both slots make a 90 degree turn towards the blower. AND yes before you ask the blower unit position was changed for external venting exactly as called for in the installation manual.

We bought this a month ago. It has a lot of features but we have had trouble figuring out how to use some of the advanced features like connecting it to WiFi. The users manual isnt much help with the advanced features neither was LG Customer Support. On the plus side however the microwave has done an excellent job cooking everything weve tried so far even though weve been guessing how to convection cook and combination cook.

Love this microwave Airfryer convection baking and microwave all in one. I love this all in one appliance. No longer have to have an extra airfryer on the counter and I dont have to heat up the regular oven for smaller dishes. I just have to remember to use a pot holder since items come out HOT.

I love this new microwave. I have never owned a Microwave without a handle but I saw this LG Microwave model mhec1737f and had to buy it. It looks great but what I love most is the sound of the touch pad when entering food and it makes a real fancy jingle sorta sound when you food is finished. Its a fairly quiet microwave with Air Fry. I never thought i could be in love with a microwave but I have fallen in love with my new LG.
