We bought this one year ago. The cook top works well and is easy to keep clean. The over has regular convection and air fry functions. The self clean oven is fantastic the oven comes out sparkling clean.

Installed in July - the oven pre-heat takes too long the large knobs stick out too far. Used the air fry feature for chicken wings followed instructions and the oven had to be cleaned 2xs - still have grease. Wont be using this feature again.

We bought this oven/range in July used the air fryer 1st time and it worked perfect Second third time didnt work. Called for service serviceman looked at it couldnt figure out the problem he called to ask questions. He hung up and told me that the person he talked to said my oven/range has feelings and it will only work when it feels like it. Packed his bag and left. Still doesnt work and no one will do anything about it.

Literally this range has been a nightmare.
Only one burner seems to be calibrated appropriately- some boil on low and one doesnt even boil on high.
The oven is inconsistently off by around 30 degrees and doesnt keep a constant temperature most of the meals made in it are trash.
Maybe this is atypical of LG I LOVE my washer and dryer I purchased before you couldnt find workers and there werent supply chain issues.
My suggestion is wait to purchase any big appliances until people start working again and better materials are being made.

The oven takes too long to pre-heat and the knobs on the front get bumped all the time - bad placement. Also the stovetop gets scratched very easily - just by moving a pan - not good.

Range great looking until the ceramic cooktop gets scratched which is very easy to do apparently from reviews I have now looked up online from other customers no matter how careful you are. I am new to ceramic stovetops and electric range. Had a gas cooktop and due to high propane prices decided to go with electric. This is only two weeks old and we had a tech come out to look at the cooktop and he said there were slight scratches on burner and it was due to customer care not LG defect. How can you use this without it being scratched???? I was told by LG rep on phone call dont move pots. What kind of answer is that?
This is an appliance that gets used everyday by people and no matter how careful you are its going to happen. Not under warranty either. I was so excited to receive this range now I dont know how excited I will be going forward. It took much research and time to decide and nowhere in the specs did it say it was a ceramic top just a smooth surface. Now how do you get rid of any scratches? If it gets so bad and looks like crap can you replace the cooktop through LG??? This was not cheap by any means now I fear it will look cheap due to it being so easy to scratch. I hope you have an answer for this because I got nowhere with customer service when I called and was switched over to four different people who didnt have an answer how to deal with this. I chose LG because I thought they would stand behind their product but I guess not. I guess research is needed to see how I can keep this looking new. Very disappointed where the cooktop is concerned. I dont want LGs standard response it wont make me feel any better.

We bought this stove in May and it was just delivered 2 weeks ago. So far everything is great. I have not tried all the functions yet but so far it is Amazing. Love the knobs in the front this is a first for me. Very Easy to use.

I got this 30 slide in range because of its quality build and high quality glass cook top. It has plenty of room inside the over and a sealed bottom so the element isnt exposed which makes it easy to clean. The control knobs are big and easy to see and work. Lots of storage space for cast iron pans in the bottom storage tray. The glass top is easy to keep clean and resist scratches. I mostly use the top burners

I love how the burner sizes are adjustable and there is a burner in the back row just for warming. The ThinQ app tells me when the oven wants to be cleaned among other things. It is so functional well made and modern. I love how it looks with my new kitchen reno and my other LG appliances.

unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to use the many oven features. The company I purchased the range from forgot to include the racks. Im sure once I get the racks I will be using it a lot especially the air fry feature.

Had to replace the right back burner immediately. The glass top cannot be completely cleaned as told in many other reviews. One would think that the problem should have been rectified by now. Overall its a good machine that works well although I wonder what the excitement is about the air fryer? Its barely okay.

This range/oven with air fryer is very nice. My only issue is the cook top burner knobs will flip on very easily if they are bumped. Ive accidentally turned on my burner without knowing. They turn on so easily that my daughters dogs will turn on the burners sniffing around the stove bump with their nose. This is a potential hazard that should be corrected. Other than that its a very nice appliance.

I am very disappointed in this product..First it takes forever to simply get it hot enough to boil water. Grill goes on and off preventing the water from getting hot. Second after nearly an hour on line I was told you cannot use the stovetop while cleaning the oven. Aside from being ridiculous that was not mentioned in any literature I read. Thirdly the air fry does not crisp the food. That has been my disappointing experience.

I bought this range about 2 months ago first time I put it to self clean it caught in fire as per LG I need to clean it before doing the self clean ridiculous so they wont cover the damages and replace it. The stove top is another mission to clean up everything stays suck to it and its very hard/impossible to remove the stains
